Leon Voskanian

Co-Founder

Leon is a passionate and dedicated individual who has made it their mission to improve the lives of others. As the co-founder of the Angel Foundation, He has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to raising awareness, building a better community, and putting an end to young lives being lost due to drugs.

In 2019, Leon achieved the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, showcasing their strong leadership skills and dedication to making a positive impact on the world. He is currently on track to graduate from the University of California, Santa Cruz in spring 2023, after which he plans to attend medical school and further his career in the field of healthcare.

Leon's passion for helping others and saving lives was the driving force behind the creation of this organization. Their accomplishments and ongoing commitment to the cause serve as an inspiration to the team and the communities they work to support.

Dro Hambarchian

Co-Founder

Dro Hambarchian is a dedicated co-founder of the Angel Foundation and a driving force behind the organization's mission. Currently a third-year biochemistry major at UCLA, Dro is on track to graduate in Spring 2024 and has aspirations of pursuing a career in medicine. Motivated by a desire to help those struggling with substance abuse and prevent its devastating effects, Dro has committed his time and energy to the Angel Foundation. His passion for making a positive impact in people's lives shines through in his work, and his leadership continues to inspire the team and community alike.

Hrag Badalian

Co-Founder

Hrag Badalian, a dedicated co-founder of the Angel Foundation. As a third-year Psycho-Biology student at UCLA, Hrag is also pursuing a pre-med track with plans to attend medical school after graduating in 2024. Hrag's passion for education and commitment to making a difference shine through his involvement with the organization. Hrag's goal is to educate as many students as possible about the dangers of drug abuse and the pain and suffering it brings to those affected, ultimately contributing to a brighter and healthier future for our youth. 

Devin Sagarian

Co-Founder

Devin Sagarian, a co-founder of the organization, is currently a third-year chemistry major student at California State University of Northridge, with an anticipated graduation date in the Spring of 2024. With aspirations to attend dental school following graduation, Devin remains dedicated to the growth and success of the program. Their vision is to prevent drug overdose and usage among the youth, fostering a brighter and healthier future for the next generation.

Melody Sagarian

Advisor

Melody Sagarian, the advisor for the Angel Foundation and the founder of the Anahit Project. She is a fourth-year Human Biology major at University of California, San Diego, looking forward to graduating soon and pursuing her medical degree in the near future. Melody's experiences with the Angel Foundation have inspired her to better serve her community through her future medical career. She is thrilled to be a part of this incredible team, working together to expand their reach and educate young people about the risks of substance abuse and overdose.

Raymond Turchan

Treasurer

Raymond Turchan, the dedicated treasurer of the Angel Foundation. Raymond is a third-year Economics student at UCLA with aspirations of attending law school after graduation. In his role at the foundation, he is passionate about spreading awareness and preventing drug abuse, not only within the Armenian community but also extending to diverse communities. His commitment and drive contribute to the positive impact the Angel Foundation strives to make.

Arpi Sarian

Public Relations Chair

Arpi serves as the Public Relations Chair of the Angel Foundation. Currently attending Glendale Community College, Arpi is majoring in biology. As an accomplished Eagle Scout with eleven years of scouting experience, Arpi brings dedication and commitment to the team. With a strong passion for expanding the foundation and making a positive impact within the community, Arpi plays a vital role in achieving the organization's goals.
